Smoking
This is a non-smoking space. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony.
Hot Water
Turn on the Water Heater by lifting the marked double switch on the electric board, next to the bathroom door. It takes approximately 20 minutes for the water to heat. Turn it OFF before you shower and keep it turned off when you don't need it.
Quiet Hours
In Greece, there are official quiet hours that you must keep. 15:00 - 17:00 and 22:00 - 07:00. Please be respectful of the neighbours.
Neighbours
Make sure that you do not bother the neighbours. If you need any assistance, don't hesitate to call or message us. We are available at all times.
Extra Cleaning
Extra cleaning services can be arranged. You will need to notify us at least a day prior. There is a 45€ charge paid in cash or via reservation platform only for Airbnb guests.
TV
To watch TV, you must turn on both the decoder and the TV. If the TV is not tuned to the decoder, click the top right button of the TV remote and choose the source.
Kitchen
Please turn on the vent while cooking to prevent smells. Tab water in Athens is of excellent quality. Feel free to drink it and cook with it.
Essentials
The hair dryer is located in the bedroom | The first Aid Kit and washing machine pods are located in the bathroom | Basic cleaning supplies and the fire extinguisher are located under the sink | The iron is located in the bedroom closet. The ironing board, in the kitchen, next to the fridge | There is a small remote located in the living room for the electric balcony awnings

Please follow these simple instructions when checking out from the apartment.
Keys
When Checking out, always take the keys with you and place them back in the lock box. Don't forget to scramble the lock box numbers to secure it.

Safety
Make sure that you have turned off all electric appliances, the water heater, lights and AC units. Also make sure that did not leave any of your personal belongings.
Trash
You can dispose of the trash in the trash bin and recycle bin located at the end of the street, to your right, as you exit the apartment building. Extra trash bags are located in the kitchen drawers.
Where to eat
Food has to do with personal taste and budget. These are not our recommendations, just a list of restaurants and eateries nearby. Use Google or Trip Advisor to look at menus, ratings and price range. There are many more Restaurants, Cafes and Bars to explore in the area.
ORDER IN
The choices are endless. You can have anything from Fast Food to fine dining at your door. If you are in a mood to cook these apps also do Supermarket delivery.
GETTING AROUND
Athens is a walkable city, and the apartment is quite centrally located. There are countless places of interest that you can visit on foot.
METRO
The nearest METRO is EVANGELISMOS. The Blue line from there, can take you straight to the AIRPORT or PIRAEUS PORT.
BUSES
There are many Bus Stops around the apartment to get you to various loocations. Use Google Maps to locate them and get live updates. The X95 Bus from the Evangelismos stop, will take you to the airport 24/7.
TRAM
Use the Tram to visit the amazing coastline of the Athenian Riviera. The nearest stop is ZAPPEIO.
